WHO WE ARE

Optimism Matters, Inc. is a coaching and consulting firm that specializes in human capital development and talent retention within organizations.  Not only do we focus on human capital development strategy, but also on effective implementation of those strategies, with an emphasis on the sustainability of results.

TEAM DYNAMICS

Managers are becoming more concerned with the dynamics of their teams, and rightfully so.  Even a team with the brightest minds and most well-intentioned players can fail if its dysfunctions are not recognized and its dynamics appropriately reset.  

This has an adverse effect on the organization as a whole, and ultimately, the organization's reputations and profits.  The trouble with correcting the path that the team is on is that correction is uncomfortable.  And someone has to do the dirty work.

This is where Optimism Matters comes in.  We offer an objective point of view and develop a platform for the improvement of a team's dynamics without fear from the team of a hidden agenda.
